Windrose provides a full range of land surveying services to public and private clients throughout Texas including all types of residential, commercial, industrial, construction and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys with a commitment of accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an important component for real estate type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.

Windrose Surveying & Land Services, LLC began offering a full-range of surveying expertise and quality in the art of land surveying in 1991, providing excellence in land surveying and mapping services to meet the demands of a flourishing Houston area for over 30 years.
Windrose is comprised of people who are focused, diligent, highly educated, and determined to provide outstanding professional services supported by a very high level of communication that deliver results wherever and whenever you need them.
